GWM Gears Up for The 2024 Festival of Motoring with Power-Packed Lineup

2024 has been a milestone year for GWM, highlighted by the successful launches of the TANK 300 in February and later in the year the HAVAL JOLION PRO, TANK 500 and P500 bakkie. TANK 300, a robust, premium off-roader has quickly become a favourite among South African adventurers, underscoring GWM’s commitment to combining advanced technology with rugged performance.

Building on this momentum, GWM then launched the new HAVAL JOLION SUVs, incorporating the exciting, all-new JOLION PRO and JOLION CITY ranges. Two other newcomers, the P500—SA’s first and most powerful full hybrid bakkie—and the luxury TANK 500 HEV were then added to the GWM stable.

These last two additions set new standards in the bakkie and SUV segments with their powerful performance and luxury interiors. Attendees at the Festival of Motoring will have the chance to experience these models firsthand on the 4x4 Track, where their off-road prowess will be put to the test.

GWM’s current product lineup caters to a wide range of drivers, from urban explorers to off-road enthusiasts, and visitors to the Festival of Motoring can get behind the wheel and experience our vehicles in action.

The Self-Drive Track will feature six active models, including the JJOLION PRO HEV, H6 HEV, ORA 03, JOLION PRO, TANK 500 and TANK 300, offering visitors the chance to test their performance on the road. Meanwhile, the 4x4 Track will showcase our full range of off-road vehicles.

GWM’s current product lineup caters to a wide range of drivers: Jolion, Jolion S, Jolion HEV, H6, H6 GT, H6 HEV, P300, Steed and ORA (the full electric car). And looking ahead, GWM is excited to announce plans to expand our range even further in 2025, bringing even more innovation and diversity to our lineup.
